The Problem
B2B is a multi-trillion space in the US with outdated technology. Even worse is the small and medium size business who have almost no technology usage when it comes to an order management and fulfilment system. This is mainly due to their lack of capital to invest in technology as well as being forced to use outdated order placement methods such as emails, phone calls and/or sales rep. The lack of technology usage restricts the speed at which smaller businesses can scale.
